The College of Foreign Languages of Jilin University signed a cooperation agreement with the Incheon Institute of Incheon National University, South Korea

On the morning of April 26, the College of Foreign Languages of Jilin University officially signed a cooperation agreement with the Incheon Institute of Incheon National University, South Korea. On behalf of each side, Professor Zhou Yifu, Dean of the College of Foreign Languages of Jilin University, and Professor Jo Bong Rae, Dean of the Incheon Institute of Incheon National University signed the agreement. Present at the signing ceremony were Professor Gwon Hyeok-Ryul, Vice Dean of the College of Foreign Languages of Jilin University, and researchers from Incheon National University, South Korea: Nam Dong-Geol and Nam Seung-Gyun.

Professor Gwon presided over the signing ceremony. During the ceremony, Professor Zhou first gave an introduction of the College of Foreign Languages of Jilin University and then welcomed the visit of all from Incheon National University. With basic information introduced of each major and regional studies in the College of Foreign Languages of Jilin University, he hoped that, taking this as an opportunity, exchange and visit between teachers could be enhanced and academic cooperation and study could be carried out. Professor Jo, introducing the College of Humanities and the Incheon Institute of Incheon National University, hoped that this visit could further facilitate the exchange between the College of Humanities of Incheon National University and the College of Foreign Languages of Jilin University.

Incheon National University, established in 1979 and turned into a national university in 2009, is one of the two largest national comprehensive universities in the capital of South Korean, and the only national comprehensive university in the Songdo Free Economic Zone in Incheon. It currently includes 12 colleges, 41 master's and 30 doctoral degree programs.
