The contest consisted of a four-minute live presentation and a one-minute impromptu Q&A session, which not only tested participants’ Korean language proficiency, but also comprehensively examined their practical capability and adaptability. Through live speeches, contestants expounded their unique views on Korean culture and expressed their enthusiasm for China-ROK exchanges.

Due to the sudden cold wave which was unprecedented in the past 70 years on the eve of the final, 4 Jilin contestants were unable to reach Dalian.
